isolved Benefit Services changes

isolved Benefit Services has made the following improvements to enhance your experience.

isolved has changed their banking partner to JP Morgan. While it should not impact benefit services, if you have enabled Direct Debit you will need to change the bank authorized to debit your accounts.

It has also introduced a dedicated email address to enhance the way you receive updates on claims submitted by participants. The email address is now BenServicesTreasury@isolvedhcm.com

You should have already received an email from BenServicesTreasury@isolvedhcm.com. Please be aware that any communications from this address are legitimate and will be used for claims notifications and billing questions. Please add this email address to your safe senders list so you continue to receive important iBS information. If you have any questions about these changes, please reach out to your Benefits Specialist.
