Given the civil unrest sweeping our country and the call for organizations to ensure racial equity, it is a critical time for leadership to address diversity and inclusion in their workplace. On July 6, we sent you a Diversity and Inclusion resource guide along with free access to the Diversity and Inclusion course track on the eLearning platform.
The resource guide that includes best practice guidance to support your diversity and inclusion conversations is available here (if you are a Workforce Optimization client, reach out to your client liaison for the resource guide applicable to you). We recommend as you work through this content and discussions, that you start with your leadership team. A selection of videos, articles, guides and courses provide information for both leadership and employees.
For all Workforce Acceleration and Workforce Administration clients not currently taking advantage of our eLearning platform, we are providing FREE access until Aug. 31, 2020 to your employees to the Diversity and Inclusion course track. They can access the eLearning platform at eLearning – Diversity & Inclusion Courses by using standard credentials provided by your customer success specialist.
** Clients with current access to the eLearning platform should login using current credentials to access the Diversity and Inclusion courses. If eLearning is part of your bundled offering, but you are not taking advantage of it, contact your dedicated customer success specialist to assist you with setup.
