For employees who have consented to receive their year-end forms electronically, their W-2 form will be available to download through employee self-service by Jan. 31, 2026. No forms will be printed for employees who have elected to receive year-end forms electronically.
Insperity will mail paper W-2s directly to employees. If an employee DID NOT opt in to receive electronic tax forms, their original W-2 will be mailed by Jan. 31, 2026, to their tax form address on file in isolved.
1099-NEC forms are only printed and mailed to the employee tax form address if wages exceed $600. No forms will be printed for nonemployees who have elected to receive year-end forms electronically.
For clients with Insperity Choice® 401(k) plans through Insperity Retirement Services, 1099-R forms will be mailed to participants by Jan. 31, 2026. For additional year-end information, visit the Year-End Central in the Insperity Help Center.
