As we approach the end of Q3, we kindly ask all clients to review their payroll and tax information for accuracy and make any necessary corrections. All Q3 payroll and tax data must be finalized in isolved by Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025.
Below are key areas to review to help ensure compliance.
Tax setup review
It’s essential to confirm your tax setup is accurate and complete. We recommend the following steps:
- Navigate to Client Management > Client Summary and verify:
- Company Name (or DBA) matches the legal name registered with tax agencies.
- FEIN matches the legal FEIN on file with tax agencies.
- Address matches the legal company address registered with tax agencies.

- Go to Reporting > My Reports and run the Tax List report to confirm:
- Federal and state tax ID numbers.
- State filing frequencies and rates.

Important notes:
Tax agencies do not send rate or filing frequency notices to Insperity. These are sent directly to you as the employer of record. If you’ve received any notices or see discrepancies in isolved, please forward them to your payroll specialist.
You must have a registered ID number with all applicable agencies. Filings submitted with “Applied For” IDs may result in delays, penalties and fees.
Employee identification review
Go to Employee Management > Employee Summary and verify:
- Employee names.
- Social Security numbers.
Other important tax reminders
- Q3 tax filings will be available on the Return Archive page in isolved’s Reporting menu on Nov. 1, 2025.
- Any payroll adjustments or pay items not yet entered in isolved must be reported to your payroll specialist by Tuesday, Sept. 30. This includes:
- In-house checks.
- Voided checks.
- Tax adjustments.
- Third-party sick/disability payments.
Changes submitted after Sept. 30 may incur an additional charge.
Please contact your dedicated payroll specialist with any questions or concerns regarding the information above.
Ongoing tax communication
Please forward all payroll-related tax notices you receive to your Insperity® payroll specialist. Insperity does not receive direct communication from tax agencies, and these notices may contain critical information needed for accurate and timely filings. Missing or incorrect data may result in penalties and interest, for which Insperity is not responsible. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact your dedicated payroll specialist. We’re here to support your payroll and tax processing needs every step of the way.
