iSolved® University is a valuable tool that is often underutilized by Insperity clients. We encourage you to take time to learn about the main components of the university so you can determine how it best fits with your organization.
The iSolved® University homepage
You can navigate to the various sections of iSolved® University right from the homepage. When a user initially visits the homepage, they will be prompted with the message seen below. At this point, a user can go straight to a training course or search help documents housed in iSolved® University’s library.
The homepage also offers a view of the University’s newest courses or the most popular articles and help documents, as seen below.
Introduction to iSolved® University
If you or any of your employees are new to iSolved® University, there’s an introductory class that walks a user through the University’s various courses and articles. It explains navigation and the progress you can obtain in the University by earning points, badges and certificates.
The material is divided into two parts. Each part ends with a short quiz to test your understanding and is followed by a multi-choice exam at the conclusion of the course.
- Part I: Review iSolved® University including courses, course paths, favorites, points, badges and certificates.
- Part II: Review iSolved® Library including searching and viewing articles. This section also reviews recorded webinars, API documentation, account profiles and requesting help within the University.
