Important Dates & Deadlines

Important banking holiday reminders

The end of 2018 is almost here and so is the busy holiday season. Now is the perfect time to set your holiday payroll processing dates and mark one more thing off your end of year to-do list. The Federal  Reserve System will be closed on the dates below. This means direct deposit payroll cannot be processed on these dates.

If your payroll falls on one of these banking holidays, please review the adjusted pay date by navigating to your Client Run Schedule in iSolved. Remember, an earlier pay date requires an earlier payroll processing deadline.

If you need to make any changes, please contact your assigned payroll specialist.

Holiday Date Observed
Thanksgiving Day Nov. 22, 2018
Christmas Day Dec. 25, 2018
New Year’s Day Jan. 1, 2019

NOTE: Insperity offices will also be closed on Nov. 22 and 23, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
