The EEOC has opened its online portal to file 2018 EEO-1 workforce demographic data by the May 31, 2019 deadline.
The EEO-1 report is available in iSolved and can be used for filing workforce demographic data in May.
A recent court decision ordered the EEOC to reinstate the pay data component of the EEO-1 survey. Employers are required to provide that data by Sept. 30, 2019.
The EEOC has not yet provided guidance as to the format by which the pay data should be submitted. iSolved is actively monitoring the situation and will include the updated EEO-1 report with pay data once the specifications are finalized.
