Also, keep an eye on eAlerts for new regulations that may impact your organization. These tend to go into effect with the new year.
Lastly, if you haven’t already, schedule time with your employees to listen to how they are doing, what their concerns are going into the end of the year and how you can support them. It goes a long way to ending the year with high employee morale.
