iSolved® University offers a wealth of knowledge and training for you and your employees. Whether you need to add a client user or hire a new employee, iSolved® University provides critical information and instructions for those new to the system, as well as experienced users in need of a refresher course. iSolved® University is comprised of two main sections:
- The Classroom: Offers freshman to senior-level course paths and certificates
- The Library: Houses various articles, recorded webinars, release notes and more
You can access iSolved® University by following the instructions below. Keep an eye out for additional information and highlights in future issues of Insperity Hub.
- Login to iSolved® HCM.
- Select University from the drop-down menu.
- Click the orange TAKE COURSES
button.
- Select from the Featured Courses list.
NOTE: Training materials are available to employees and client users. Each user will see a different display screen depending on their account type, as seen below.
