Paid sick leave

‘Tis the season to check your leave policies

January is right around the corner, so now is a perfect time to make sure your leave policies are compliant with state and federal regulations.

Paid sick time and family leave have been hot topics. In addition to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), many states have expanded current leave regulations. A number of states now have paid leave requirements, including Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, and Washington. California and Oregon have also expanded their leave regulations.

It’s difficult to keep up with the changes, but Insperity’s HR Support Center, available to our Workforce Acceleration™ and Workforce Administration™ solutions customers, offers the tools and HR support needed to keep up with the ever-changing compliance landscape of 2020 and beyond.

You can work with one of our certified HR professionals to review or help create a policy that is compliant with state and federal leave laws as they apply to your organization.

The easiest way to access the HR Support Center’s tools and resources is through the Quick Links on your Client Landing Page in iSolved®, as seen below.

If you don’t need to create or have a policy reviewed by the HR professionals, your dedicated payroll specialist is also available to assist in proper setup of your accruals in iSolved.
