The HR Support Center will host an Employment Law 101 for Non-Lawyers webinar on Thursday, March 18 at noon Central Time for our Insperity® Workforce Acceleration and Workforce Administration customers. You’ll learn a few key employment law concepts and their legal basis. Plus, explore nuanced notions such as the at-will employment relationship and what constitutes workplace harassment.

The webinar will also focus on the importance of Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act and discuss how seemingly minor payroll oversights have the potential to turn into massive wage and hour claims.
