For HRCore clients with insurance brokers managing benefit plans, Employee Navigator integrates with Insperity HRCore to keep employee and benefits data consistent across systems – minimizing manual input, boosting accuracy and saving time for employers.
How integration works
Insperity HRCore, powered by isolved, and Employee Navigator are connected through a secure integration that synchronizes employee and benefits-related data when changes occur.
Employee demographic sync
Employee Demographics have an integrated sync that allows specific mapped fields to be updated between the two systems. The following fields are bi-directional and may be changed in either system after a hire.
Please note that isolved will be the system of record for employee demographic data, and it is strongly recommended that changes are made in isolved in order to keep consistent with W-2 data.

The following fields may only be updated in isolved:
- Annual Base Salary
- Compensation Basis

Employee benefit update
With the integration enabled, employees enroll in benefits in Employee Navigator, and those benefits automatically create deductions in isolved. Employee Navigator is the system of record for all benefit elections and benefit costs.
Important considerations:
- Retirement plans such as 401(k) or deferred compensation are not supported through this specific integration.
- Because benefit records are not created in isolved, Insperity ACA services are not available for clients using this integration.
- Employee Navigator does not send employer-paid benefits information to isolved. For accurate W-2s at year-end, remember to send employer contributions to your Payroll Specialist for pretax health, FSA, and supplemental insurance so they can be included, following the IRS rules for reporting employer-sponsored health coverage.
