Also, keep an eye out for our eAlert emails, as the beginning of the new year tends to bring new regulations that may impact your organization.
It is always important to take time to check in with your employees if you have not already. Schedule time with your employees to hear how they are doing. Discuss what their concerns are going into the end of the year and what other ways you can support them. It will go a long way to ending the year with high employee morale.
