In observance of Labor Day, the Federal Reserve System will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1, 2025.

If your regularly scheduled pay date falls on Tuesday, Sept. 2, payroll must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. CT on Thursday, Aug. 28, 2025, to ensure timely funding of employee direct deposit payments.

Please note that Insperity’s offices will also be closed on Labor Day, and phone and email support will be unavailable during this time. The Federal Reserve will be closed on Thursday, June 19, 2025, in observance of Juneteenth National Independence Day and Friday, July 4, 2025, in observance of Independence Day. Please note that Insperity® offices will also be closed on July 4, and phone and email support will be unavailable that day.

You will need to consider these banking holidays when processing payrolls around this time. Payrolls must be submitted by 3 p.m. CT at least two banking days in advance of the check date. This allows enough time for payroll funding and employee direct deposits to be received and posted by the check date.

Insperity will be closed on Monday, May 26, 2025, in observance of Memorial Day. Please note that Memorial Day is also a standard Federal Reserve bank holiday. 

If your regularly scheduled pay date occurs on Tuesday, May 27, payroll must be posted no later than 3 p.m. CT on Thursday, May 22, to meet the required funding deadline for employee direct deposit payments.
