The Federal Reserve System will be closed on Monday, Sept. 2, 2024, in observance of Labor Day.

If your regularly scheduled pay date occurs on Tuesday, Sept. 3, payroll must be posted no later than 3 p.m. Central time on Thursday, Aug. 29, to meet the required funding deadline for employee direct deposit payments.

The Federal Reserve will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, in observance of Juneteenth National Independence Day, and Thursday, July 4, 2024, in observance of Independence Day. Please note that Insperity offices will also be closed on July 4, and phone and email support will be unavailable that day.

You will need to consider these banking holidays when processing payrolls around this time. Payrolls must be submitted by 3 p.m. CT at least two banking days in advance of the check date. Insperity will be closed on Monday, May 27, 2024, in observance of Memorial Day.

If your regularly scheduled pay date occurs on Tuesday, May 28, payroll must be posted no later than 3 p.m. CT on Thursday, May 23, to meet the required funding deadline for employee direct deposit payments.
