Our new and improved course catalog

We are pleased to announce an enhancement to our Training & Development offering. This change was effective Aug. 30, 2024.

What has changed?

We have implemented a new and improved catalog with broader offerings with more language diversity. We are retiring all prior content.

Why the change?

  • Expanded and updated content.
    • The new catalog consists of content from 140+ publishers.
  • The restructured main course catalog contains more language options.
    • In addition to safety and harassment-prevention, more courses are available in Spanish. For some offerings, multiple languages are offered.
  • New delivery modes.
    • Everyone learns differently depending on multiple factors, including learning style and bandwidth. Therefore, it is essential to provide diverse delivery styles.
    • The new course format includes videos, book summaries, articles, podcasts, microlearning and other methods.

New catalogs include:

New eLearning Portal coming soon

We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of the new eLearning Portal on Sept. 1 for our Workforce Acceleration™ and Workforce Administration™ customers. The new portal will bring many exciting features for learners and administrators to help manage learning initiatives, such as onboarding, personal development or company-wide initiatives. For your current training administrator, the new portal will provide reduced training assignment time, real-time reporting of self-paced completions and a more user-friendly administrator interface.

For learners:

  • Easy-to-search catalog
  • More robust catalog with an increase of over 2,000 courses
  • External training tracking, including certifications with due dates
  • Targeted curriculum on frequently requested topics

For training administrators:

  • Create company-wide curriculum tracks for onboarding, compliance or development
  • Assign training or curriculum to groups based on common profile field settings
  • Ad-hoc reporting from most administrator menus
  • View individual employee transcripts including progress, certificates and external training

More information is coming soon regarding the new portal training and transition timelines for existing eLearning clients. Our strategy is to work with each client to determine a transition plan.

Are you taking advantage of Insperity Training and Development?

Insperity® Training and Development includes 300 courses covering topics from business, liability management, IT and more, enabling your employees to quickly and easily find courses that fit their learning needs. For more information on utilizing Insperity Training and Development or to review the catalog of available courses, reach out to your customer success specialist.

Employees can access the learning portal from their employee self-service menu in iSolved.

After logging in, a customized home page will display the learning paths that you have identified for your employees.

As an administrator, you can also run reports to see which employees have completed courses. To make the process easier, iSolved will send employee updates daily to the Insperity Training and Development site.
