The Federal Reserve System and Insperity offices will be closed on Friday, Dec. 25, 2020 and Friday, Jan. 1, 2021 in observance of Christmas Day and New Years’ Day.

You will need to consider these bank holidays when processing payrolls around this time. Payrolls need to be submitted by 3 p.m. CT at least two banking days in advance of the check date to allow enough time for payroll funding and employee direct deposits to be received and posted by the check date.

Please note that Insperity offices will also be closed on Friday, Dec. 25, 2020 and Friday, Jan. 1, 2021. No phone or email support will be available on those days.

If your regularly scheduled pay date occurs on Friday, Nov. 27, payroll must be posted no later than 3 p.m. CT on Tuesday, Nov. 24 to meet the required funding deadline for employee direct deposit payments.

Please note that Insperity offices will also be closed on Friday, Nov 27, 2020.

The Federal Reserve System will be closed on Monday, Oct. 12, 2020 in observance of Columbus Day.

If your regularly scheduled pay date occurs on Tuesday, Oct. 13, payroll must be posted no later than 3 p.m. CT on Thursday, Oct. 8 to meet the required funding deadline for employee direct deposit payments.

If your regularly scheduled pay date occurs on Tuesday, Sept. 8, payroll must be posted no later than 3 p.m. CT on Thursday, Sept. 3 to meet the required funding deadline for employee direct deposit payments.

The below article erroneously states that Friday, July 3^rd, is a bank holiday. It is not a bank holiday and payrolls can be processed with this check date.
