Insperity will be closed on Friday, April 3, 2026, in observance of Good Friday.

You will need to consider banking holidays when processing payrolls to allow enough time for payroll funding and employee direct deposits to be received and posted by the check date.  Payrolls must be submitted by 3 p.m. CT at least two banking days in advance of the check date.

Insperity offices will also be closed on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
