The Federal Reserve System and Insperity offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025, in observance of Thanksgiving Day. Insperity offices will also be closed on Friday, Nov. 28, 2025.

The following table is the processing schedule for direct deposit payrolls when processing payroll during the holiday week.

The Federal Reserve System will be closed Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, in observance of Veterans Day.

You will need to consider this bank holiday when processing payrolls around this time. Payrolls need to be submitted by 3 p.m. CT at least two banking days in advance of the check date. This will allow enough time for payroll funding and employee direct deposits to be received and posted by the check date.

In observance of Columbus Day, the Federal Reserve System will be closed on Monday, Oct. 13, 2025. Please review the following direct deposit payroll processing schedule to ensure timely funding:

Important notes:

• All wire payrolls with direct deposit must be funded by 3 p.m. CT, two business days prior to the pay date.
• Live checks will be mailed the same day if payroll is processed and funds are received by 3 p.m. CT. Submissions received after 3 p.m. CT will be mailed the next business day.

Insperity offices will also be closed on Monday, Jan. 20, 2025, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
