Year-end preparation for ACA Compliance

As we approach the end of the year, Workforce Acceleration and Workforce Administration customers using Benefits Administration with ACA Compliance in iSolved need to begin preparation for their annual filing with the IRS.

Below you will find guidance for customers who have had their ACA compliance filing completed by Insperity previously, and guidance for customers who will have Insperity complete their ACA compliance filing for the first time this year. Please be aware that action is required.

If this is the first year that Insperity will complete your ACA Compliance filing:

Insperity will file the required ACA forms for your company in the first quarter of 2021. When we set up your account, you provided us with ACA information, and we want to make sure nothing has changed.

Please review the questions below and send responses along with any updated information to your assigned benefits specialist by Oct. 23, 2020.

Since joining Insperity:

  1. Have you acquired or sold any entities?
  2. Has your ACA contact person changed?
  3. Have you changed the Initial Measurement Period?
  4. Have you changed the Initial Stability Period?
  5. Have you changed the Ongoing Measurement Period?

Once ready, you will need to approve your company’s ACA forms in iSolved.  At the end of December, we will contact you to schedule a meeting in early January 2021 to walk through the forms approval process and answer any questions you have.

If Insperity has previously completed the ACA Compliance filing for your company:

Insperity will file the required ACA forms for your company in the first quarter of 2021. It is time to update your ACA information on file.
